I have oily-combination acne skin , what Neutrogena or Clean'n'Clear product would be best for me ?

My skin is oily around my nose and forehead , and then its kinda dryish on my cheeks and then its rough on my chin . I have blackheads galore on my nose and chin :/ and then the rest are just tiny pimples . I also get acne on my upper arms shoulders and back which are mainly blackheads and red bumps . I usually shower everyday , and I am trying to convert to an every other day routine . What products would be best for my skin ? It has to be under $15-20 ! I will not be spending anything over that and i want to be able to get it at a place like Wal-Mart .
