What type of CAT machine is this?

The kids have a little plastic CAT toy that I have no clue what it is. I work in construction and have a basic idea of CAT machines but haven't seen this. It has a standard cab with the engine in front of the cab (kinda like a tractor). Nothing out of the ordinary there from like a dozer except that instead of a bucket it has a shield with a hole towards the top of the shield. The shield kinda reminds me of a big riot shield. Maybe some kinda pusher or something. Hope you can help.
