My honda ht-r 3009 lawn tractor won't stay running, seems to be a carburator problem?

i cleaned the carburator and the in-line fuel filter. float seems to be ok. i did not touch the idel screw adjustment. maybe the problem lies there but not sure. could be other possible causes.........looking for more possibilities. starts with no problem when fuel is sprayed directly into carburator.. fuel line is not collasped.. please advise.
