Need to find a specific website that helps with computer repair.?

I am having issues with my computer. My windows installer does not work, sound card drivers have been deleted. errors galore. i know there is a website that will repair the computer. I believe it is a software site and not one that you need to pay for, that has helped me in the past. I cant remember the name of it. Does anyone know?
