Plow for Farmall H: Needs wheels, what if missing?

I bought the tractor but I can't seem to find a good priced trailing plow for it around here. What if the wheel is missing? Can I still mount and use it and just plow all the time ie I would have to leave it in the field and can't transport, etc. Is this do-able? The only plow I can find thats in fair condition otherwise is $600 and there is no way its worth that.
