Pomchi's temp went to 98.9, but is back up to 100.3?

I would go on ahead and take her to the emergency vet. Her being only 5 pounds she will not be able to have the puppies on her own. An emergency vet will be fine to deliver the pups. Have them check out your girl and see how she is and if she is ready.
